guarantees and warranty cover

using our installation service, full cover will extend to a minimum of :
• 10 years for all water softeners (up to 20 years parts) and 5 years for reverse osmosis systems when operated and serviced within warranty guidelines

reverse osmosis drinking water systems will satisfy all strict INAB laboratory water testing :
• water quality will meet all strict HSE, EU and EPA limits during warranty cover

manufacturer's warranty for diy sales, self service, part NSF systems :
• 10 years: vessels, 5 years: controls, 1 year: reverse osmosis, 1 year: standard systems

up to 20 years during GWS installed water softener warranty we will provide :
• free on site callouts and free parts and labour in case of any system faults (rev osmosis to be upgraded every 5 years)

aftersales support for GWS installed water softeners will be available :
• 7 days a week, 365 days a year with same day callouts offered for all urgent matters (see below)

Exclusions: All consumables, including but not limited to;filter cartridges, UV lamps, batteries and salt.  Irregularities inflow, leaks or parameters having a manufacturer's stated adverse effect or adverse water pressure below 22psi or above 66 psi.  Misuse, damage,neglect, alteration, third party servicing, fire, frost and lightning. The expense of engineer call outs if we find no fault caused by our equipment.

 

Call out urgency ratings :

* Report urgencies by times listed below, for round trips of up to 50miles.

(Same day - call before 7pm)   =   Dislocated, severed or burst mainspipe feeds of GWS installed water treatment systems within premises(awkward access to shut off valve).

(Same day - call before noon)   =  Dislocated, severed or burst mains pipe feeds of GWS installed watertreatment systems within premises (easy access to shut off valve).

(Same day - call before noon)   =   Dislocated, severed or burst mainspipe feeds of GWS installed water treatment systems outside premises.

(Same day - call before noon)   =   Interruption of mains supply causedby GWS installed softeners installed and operated within advisoryguidelines and warranty terms.

(1 day or less response time)   =   Interruption of mains supply causedby GWS installed softeners operated outside usual advisory guidelinesor warranty terms.

(2 days or less response time)   =  Interruption of mini filter dispenser tap caused by GWS installed cartridge type filter systems.

(4 days or less response time)   =  Interruption of mini filter dispenser tap caused by GWS installedfilters operated outside advisory guidelines.  Chargeable callouts.

(4 days or less response time)   =   Warranty exclusions such aswrong salt, leaking toilets or low water pressure affecting GWSinstalled equipment.  Chargeable callouts.

(10 days or less response time)   =   Any issues affecting DIY suppliedGWS equipment not installed by GWS trained installers.  Chargeablecallouts.
